This policy explains what information Clyntara ("we," "us," "Clyntara") collects through clyntara.com, why we collect it, and how it's handled. It applies to visitors and to anyone who submits a form on this site.
Information we collect
When you submit the spec re-edit request form, we collect what you enter directly: your name, agency or company name, work email address, a link to your video, and any message you add. We do not collect payment information through this site.
Standard technical data (such as browser type and IP address) may be visible to our hosting and form-processing providers as a normal part of serving the site and delivering form submissions.
We use Google Analytics to understand traffic to this site — but only after you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, no analytics cookie is set and no data is sent to Google. IP addresses are anonymized before storage. We do not run any advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To respond to your spec re-edit / retention audit request and deliver the results.
- To follow up about a potential engagement if you've expressed interest.
- To fulfill an active client or white-label partner engagement, if you become one.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Raw footage & NDA protocol
Video files or links you submit are treated as confidential material belonging to you or your client, consistent with the white-label NDA protocol described on our site. We use submitted footage only to prepare the requested spec re-edit or to deliver contracted production work — never to promote Clyntara without your separate, explicit permission.
Third-party services
This site uses the following third-party services to operate:
- Formspree — processes and delivers form submissions to our inbox. See Formspree's privacy policy.
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site.
- Google Analytics — traffic analytics, loaded only after you accept the cookie banner. See Google's privacy policy.
- Calendly — powers the booking widget in the discovery-call section of this site.
Data retention
We retain form submissions and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request or, if you become a client or partner, for the duration of that engagement plus a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping.
